He writes: "There doesn’t seem to be much sympathy among Canadians about the fact that our Federal income tax is illegal and unconstitutional as in the states. Do you have any inside information about this, and how we might better gain support from those who might influence the government on this issue?"

This Awareness suggests the entity could get addresses of those entities who are in the United States who have been working along these lines. There is a lawsuit in Nevada pertaining to the IRS; that this contains much information. It appears that much of it could be applicable also in Canada.
