Menopause: Why Do Some Women Have A Hard Time And Others Don’t? (More On Sex And Preventing Hot Flashes)

A question from J.J., which I’m sure we’ve asked before, but she’s got a new approach here. She writes: "Regarding menopause, it seems to say grin and bear it and that it’s inevitable, but it’s not. Some women have little or no problem. Why do some have a hard time and some remain perfectly comfortable, and can’t the former learn from the latter and mimic them in some way to alleviate or eliminate their syndrome?"

COSMIC AWARENESS:

This Awareness indicates that much of this has to do with the general balance of the individual’s chemistry. For example, calcium and magnesium properly taken in balance can help to diminish the negative effects and the extreme effects of the menopause reactions. This Awareness indicates, of course, certain other herbal combinations that can be used to formulate a kind of herbal estrogen that can be beneficial for entities.

This Awareness indicates that the entity Dr. George Shahbaz carries these herbal estrogen substances which can be used by entities to diminish the problem. This Awareness indicates that keeping an active sex life throughout and during the menopause time period can help to diminish the difficulties of menopause in terms of hot flashes.

This Awareness indicates that even though entities’ sex lives are often affected adversely, where the entity loses interest in sex by continuing to be relatively active, the hot flashes will be reduced because of the effects of the hormones and these balances on the body.

This Awareness indicates that vitamin B complex and Vitamin E and Vitamin C can be helpful to entities to reduce the effects of hot flashes. Also garlic can be beneficial. This Awareness indicates that potassium which can be found in bananas in sufficient quantity, can be beneficial. Chromium picolinate or chromium, if you cannot find it in the picolinate form, can be beneficial. This Awareness indicates that all of these things taken can reduce the negative effects.

Some entities will already have these substances in their diet and body sufficiently so as not to have the more adverse effects of menopause. Others will need to take such for supplementing their diet and to diminish the adverse effects. This Awareness indicates that likewise, entities should be careful not to overdo alcohol or caffeine or anything that stimulates nerve activity when using these substances and when experiencing hot flashes.

This Awareness indicates that lecithin can be beneficial. Lecithin taken can help to coat the nerves, to give them more protection against the effect of hot flashes.
